1. What We Collect

When you generate images with ShutterAI, we briefly process your uploaded photos. Photos are used only for the AI generation — never stored on our servers, never used for training, never sold. Files are temporarily processed by our AI provider (fal.ai) purely to run the generation and expire automatically after delivery.

To provide the service and prevent abuse, we also collect:

• Browser device fingerprint (for free-trial limits)
• IP address and country/city (for usage logs and security)
• License code usage records (time, count, remaining credits)

2. Third-Party Services

Image generation is handled by fal.ai; payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). We never touch your card details.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate region, device type). This data is anonymous and aggregated, is not used for advertising personalization, and is never sold.

3. Data Retention

Usage logs are retained to prevent abuse and support customers. You can contact us anytime to request deletion of related records.
