1. Service Description
ShutterAI provides AI-based portrait photo generation. You upload photos and we use third-party AI models to generate new headshot images. Results are produced automatically by AI and may differ from your expectations.
2. License Code Rules
- Each license code includes 3 generations, 4 images per generation (12 in total).
- Codes are not tied to a device β use them on any device; remaining credits are shared across devices.
- Free trial: 1 watermarked generation to experience the product.
- Once a code has been activated and used, refunds are not available on the basis of "dissatisfaction with results".
- If a refund or dispute occurs, the corresponding code is immediately invalidated and can no longer be used.
3. Refund Policy
Payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). For refunds, please contact Creem or email javahiker123@gmail.com. Refunded codes are invalidated.
4. Content & Use
You must own the rights to the photos you upload and must not use generated content for unlawful purposes. Do not upload private photos of others.
You must not use the Service to generate NSFW, adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content. Violations will result in immediate termination of access, invalidation of license codes, and may be reported to relevant payment platforms. All generation prompts are screened by automated content moderation.
5. Disclaimer
Generated results are for personal reference only. We do not guarantee results, likeness, or fitness for commercial use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from use of the Service.
